Shayna oversees a team of outstanding property management professionals whose core responsibilities include forecasting, major improvements, facilities maintenance, risk management, lease administration, and reporting for over 3.7 million square feet of commercial properties. She is passionate about pursuing excellence in everything property management touches—from rent collections to site inspections. She actively looks for opportunities for efficiency, automation, and dynamic accountability.

The property management team works hard, are problem solvers, and will go beyond what is required to serve clients. The team values on-going education to ensure best practices and are actively involved in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).

Prior to becoming a director, she individually managed over 1M square feet of commercial properties while supervising a team of associate managers who managed their own portfolios, facility coordinators, and support team members. With over 12 years of direct property management experience, she thrives on the daily challenges that inevitably arise in a fast-paced industry.

Shayna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business in both business management and marketing from Pensacola Christian College and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through IREM®.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring the back country (on foot or skis) and drinking good coffee.
